Jannice Jones MSc is a Senior Neuro-Inclusion Coach, Author, Podcaster, and Specialist Trainer. Holding an MSc in Positive Psychology and an ILM Level 7 Executive and Senior Management Coaching, she combines deep knowledge of the neuroinclusion landscape with the rigours of best coaching practice and driven by profound lived experience. Jannice bridges the gap between traditional professional development and genuine neuro-inclusion. She doesn't just train coaches; she equips "Architects" with the tools to translate complex neurology into sustainable workplace and life frameworks.

  9. Professional Reflection: Cultivate expertise through 10 hours of coaching practice and marked reflection.

  10. Ethical Best Practice: Operate with total certainty regarding GDPR and international safeguarding and coaching standards.

The 68-Hour Mastery Journey: Course Structure

This is a comprehensive 16-week professional development programme. To reach the level of Specialist Neurodiversity Coach you will complete 68 hours of directed learning (40 Hours are CPD Accredited) and practical application:

  • 6 x 2 hour Live Training Sessions: Intensive, expert-led modules.

  • 6 Written Assessments: Designed to solidify your theoretical foundation.

  • 10 Coaching Practice Hours: Direct experience with partners and recorded sessions for feedback.

  • 10 Reflective Practice Hours: Self-reflection to refine your specialist voice.

  • 12 Self-Study Hours: Directed reading and exploration of the latest neuro-scientific research.

  • 2 Live Bonus Sessions: Flexibility to ensure total integration of the curriculum.

Programme Start Date: 7th October 2026

Curriculum Deep-Dive: Weeks 1–6

Week 1: The Landscape of Neurodiversity 

Move beyond definitions. Contrast the Medical vs. Strengths models and learn to map "Spiky Profiles." 

Week 2: Specialist Coaching Foundations 

Traditional coaching fails if the environment is broken. Master the role of ND-specific coaching/ mentoring and the ethical frameworks required to build a "safe" coaching container.

Week 3: Executive Functions & The Body 

Master the "Start, Sustain, Surmount" scaffolding. Learn the impact of Polyvagal Theory on regulation and how to move clients from "freeze" into the Growth Zone.

Week 4: Positive Psychology & Flow 

Focus on "Strength Spotting" and the language of potential. Understand how to facilitate "Flow" for neurodivergent brains.

Week 5: Navigating Complex Challenges 

Deep-dive into the Triune Brain and its role in emotional regulation. Address RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), and co-morbidities.

Week 6: Trauma & Stress 

Implement trauma-informed practice. Support clients through  workplace trauma toward Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG).

Professional Rigour & Tools Session

Master reporting, safeguarding, and record-keeping. Integrate the specialist tools.
