Jannice Jones MSc Neurodivergent Founder, Positive Psychologist, Consultant, Coach, and Trainer, Jannice is dedicated to championing the well-being of neurodiverse individuals. She firmly believes in the significance of a comprehensive well-being framework tailored to neurodivergent needs. Jannice serves as an inspirational figure, empowering others to cultivate self-belief and personal growth. Known for her open-hearted approach, she embodies the principles of integrity, compassion, and curiosity in both her professional and personal endeavors. She is a trained Breathwork Teacher, loves Yoga and Hiking and has practiced mindfulness for many years.

Kate Spencer Neurodivergent, trauma-informed coach and mentor. I blend lived experience with effective tools and strategies to help neurodivergent employees, executives and entrepreneurs improve performance, wellbeing and job satisfaction. I’m particularly familiar with the draws – and drawbacks – for neuro- minorities of the fast-paced marketing, creative and professional services sectors. Like many neuro-spicy women of my generation, my later-life diagnoses of autism and ADHD proved to be “aha!” moments. But the real turning point for me was working with Jannice: I had never felt so seen, and our collaboration helped me transform my experience of working life (and beyond) from painful to purposeful, so profoundly, in fact, that I was inspired to change career to guide others along their own journeys of neuro- affirmative self-discovery, empowerment and fulfilment.

Samantha Cherrington, executive and neurodivergent coach and mentor. I bring thirty years' of lived experience as an entrepreneur, creative and senior manager in the not for profit and commercial sectors. I have worked directly with neurodiverse teams to support individual strengths to achieve personal and team goals. After having received a degenerative visual impairment diagnoses in my early forties I had to re-assess how and where I worked to best support my physical and emotional health within the limitations of my disability. Self care, self compassion, asking for help and finding daily tools to thrive are all skills I can now extend to others facing challenges in the workplace, and in their lives as a whole. Using my innate creativity, warmth, kindness and experience, I can help individuals and teams with diverse abilities to reach their potential.
