I work with companies to create happier, healthier environments for everyone so that they and the business can flourish. I do this by reducing stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout and replacing with calm, connection and engagement.

​

I deliver  the C.A.L.M programme which is a 1 hour a week over 4 weeks. The C.A.L.M. programme helps employees to reduce stress, overwhelm and anxiety and increase mental wellbeing, connection and engagement.

​

I have worked within neurodiversty, mental health, women in business, CEO's, managers and senior teams to increase happiness, engagement and creativity and reduce turnover, absenteeism, presenteeism, burnout and levels of anxiety, stress and overwhelm. I have delivered many workplace Neurodiversity training sessions, with great feedback.

​

I am a positive psychologist, a mental health first aider, and a master breathwork trainer. I combine my knowledge in these areas with neuroscience and human development in order to provide practical, tactical, scientifically underpinned tools that are very effective.

​

It has been shown that for every £1 spent on workplace wellbeing initiatives £4 is saved.
